William S. Kiley, retired EMS Deputy Chief
Virginia Beach, VA. – RescueTouch is honored to announce the appointment of William S. Kiley, retired EMS Deputy Chief, to our Board of Advisors. Chief Kiley’s ability to lead and create teamwork and partnerships across our first responder ranks will undoubtedly make a significant impact as RescueTouch aligns with the initiatives of EMS, Fire and our senior communities at the local, state and national levels.
Chief Kiley has served 35 years with Virginia Beach EMS. He began his career at Virginia Beach Volunteer Rescue Squad, Rescue 14, and was appointed to Deputy Chief of the Department of EMS in 1996. He has played a monumental role in the career growth and life-saving impact of thousands of EMTs. His service to the Virginia Beach community has, directly or indirectly, touched the life of every resident and visitor of Virginia Beach.
